Payment Procedure

To compensate time, skills and efforts for creating preliminary images, all designs will require a down payment fee of $100.00 before work begins. You should recieve first drafts of your design within 10-14 days unless otherwise noted. When first drafts are received, you can decide if you would like to proceed. You will have two (2) weeks from the date of drafts to approve or deny. At the time of approval the remainder of the cost is due. If you do not wish to proceed, $50.00 of the down payment will be refunded. If you do not respond within two (2) weeks upon receiving first drafts, the $100.00 down payment is void, cannot be refunded and the project will be eliminated.
