Meet Gwen

​As an artist and photographer, Gwen has gained acknowledgements for her unique crafting and photographic skills. She is predominately a self-taught computer graphic artist with her formal training and education held at the Cleveland Institute of Art and Kent State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with a minor in Photo Illustration. Her work has been showcased in several galleries and has won her top prizes in national competitions for Tamron lenses.



Gwen has worked as a photographer at Olan Mills and JCPenny. She later was employed as Senior Photographic Printer at a commercial photo lab whose clients included Stouffer's Foods, BP Oil and CVS Pharmacy. She currently works at Dodd Camera in Cleveland, Ohio as a Customer Service Specialist and retains duties in the photo lab. She's been with the establishment for over 20 years. In 2013 she advanced to handle the graphics and advertising for the company.

 

When she's not behind the camera or in front of the computer, Gwen is an avid movie fan, enjoys playing billiards and loves to test out different cooking recipes.
